Samantha Hawkins, CPA, MST
Founder, CEO/President
Samantha founded Hawkins CPA Solutions, LLC in 2020 as a spin-off of a previous CPA firm she founded in 2008 and was the Managing Partner. Samantha gained over 20 years of experience while working for organizations such as Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young, Marriott International, The Carlyle Group, and even the State of Georgia Department of Revenue. Samantha has become the go to expert on tax planning and compliance and small business solutions.
After receiving her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accountancy from The American University in May 2002, Samantha became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Later, she earned her Master’s of Science degree in Taxation from The American University in May 2009.
Samantha is a highly active member of the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc. (NABA). She has served on various committees for the organization including serving on the Eastern Region Leadership Board and Chair of the Eastern Region Student Conference.
